The round Colosseum is a spectacular landmark at the center of the Las Vegas strip. It boasts a vast performance space with a 22,450 square-foot stage, crowned by an enormous proscenium measuring 120 feet wide by 44 feet tall, one of the largest in the world. The Colosseum rises 120 feet above Las Vegas Boulevard, and its rotunda spans 256 feet in diameter. Seating is divided into three tiers - orchestra, first mezzanine and second mezzanine. Despite its enormity, the venue was carefully engineered to provide an intimate experience, with the round structure allowing the farthest seat to be only 120 feet from the stage. This distance compares to showrooms that have one-third or one-fourth of The Colosseum's seating capacity.
